  • What services do you provide?

    We offer comprehensive primary care for adults, including preventive care, chronic disease management, annual wellness exams, acute care visits, and coordination of specialty referrals.

  • What insurance plans do you accept?

    We accept most major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, and Cigna.

    Coverage may vary based on your plan, so we encourage patients to contact our office or their insurance provider to verify benefits before scheduling an appointment.

  • What should I bring to my first appointment?

    Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, current medication list, and any relevant medical records or recent test results.

  • Do you accept new patients?

    Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. Please contact our office to schedule your first appointment or transfer your medical records.

  • How can I schedule or reschedule an appointment?

    Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office during business hours. We are open Monday-Friday 9AM- 5PM (EST/EDT). Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

  • How do I request prescription refills?

    Refill requests can be made through your pharmacy or AthenaHealth Patient Portal. Please allow 48–72 hours for processing.

  • What is your policy on cancellations or missed appointments?

    We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Multiple missed appointments without notice may result in a fee.

  • How can I access my test results or medical records?

    You can access your results and medical records through our secure patient portal via online browser (Booth House Patient Portal via AthenaHealth), via iOS app on your mobile device (athenaPatient), or by contacting our office directly.
